Consultant principal / Responsable de l'IA - Principal Consultant / Head of AI

Role overview Lead AI consulting engagements from technical direction through hands-on delivery, working with clients and multidisciplinary teams. The role combines client project work with internal practice leadership, business development, and mentoring; assignments may span healthcare, regulated industries, and other sectors.

Responsibilities - Serve as technical lead and architect on client projects, partnering with clients, project managers, product designers, and software developers. - Conduct client research, develop proof-of-concept systems, and contribute to production code where needed. - Support sales and business development through technical discussions, marketing materials, and industry events. - Explain the organization’s AI and data science work through written materials and external engagement. - Mentor experienced technical team members and advise the AI practice group. - Lead internal working groups that establish AI and data science practices and standards for project teams.

Requirements - Experience leading or managing AI-focused teams. - Ability to provide hands-on technical leadership and architecture for client engagements. - Skill in communicating AI and data science concepts to clients and business stakeholders. - Experience mentoring technical colleagues and guiding shared practices. - Healthcare experience is relevant, though project work may also cover other sectors.
