About this role
Role overview Lead the cross-functional program that ships a portfolio of AI-powered agents for business operators. The role owns the end-to-end release engine for an agentic platform spanning demand, labor, and back-office lines of business, building repeatable operating mechanisms that turn many concurrent launches into one coherent platform narrative.
Responsibilities - Design, own, and continuously improve a recurring monthly agent release program that spans multiple lines of business, treating it as a durable operating mechanism rather than one-off coordination. - Set and enforce the platform-readiness bar by engaging credibly with engineering on architecture, dependencies, and technical risk, including the willingness to postpone launches when quality is at stake. - Drive go-to-market coherence across lines of business so that naming, packaging, and messaging land as a single platform story that customers and field teams can clearly understand. - Instrument launch health and build reporting on what shipped, what slipped, adoption signals, and upstream blockers, feeding actionable signal back to R&D leadership. - Make defensible calls under ambiguous governance, surfacing the right decisions to leadership with the context they need rather than simply escalating problems. - Establish the rhythms, governance, and cross-functional alignment mechanisms that keep multiple engineering teams moving toward a shared cadence.
Requirements - 12+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams. - Track record of owning cross-functional programs end to end, from design through launch, across teams with competing priorities. - Technical fluency sufficient to challenge engineering assumptions on architecture, dependencies, and risk before they become launch problems. - Demonstrated ability to build repeatable operating models rather than running projects inside someone else's system. - Experience managing cross-organizational dependencies and influencing groups outside of direct control. - Strong written communication that translates complex program status and risk into a clear narrative for senior leadership.
Nice to have - Experience with AI/ML systems, agentic architectures, or applied AI programs. - Experience standing up a recurring multi-team release cadence on a platform serving multiple product lines. - Background in vertical SaaS, small and midsize business software, or hospitality technology. - Familiarity with usage-based or consumption pricing models. - BA/BS in a technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Benefits and work setup Hybrid working model that supports in-person collaboration while valuing individual flexibility, with compensation aligned to a geographic pay zone structure.
