Role overview
This Product Manager role sits on a social and rewards product team at a daily fantasy sports platform, focused on the marketing technology stack, new-member offers, and the referral program. The PM will set strategy for how acquisition and retention tooling operates, partner closely with paid marketing, and own the full lifecycle of customer-facing growth products.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing tools, campaign execution, and spend performance through data-driven insights - Set the strategy for the martech stack, new-member offers, and the referral program - Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization, including technical requirements and launch plans - Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to build a best-in-class user experience - Partner with paid marketing to drive efficient acquisition spend - Champion a data-driven approach to product decisions and develop deep knowledge of the prediction and DFS customer acquisition landscape
Requirements
- Three or more years of product management or related experience - A proven track record of building products customers love - Entrepreneurial drive, mission passion, and deep customer empathy - Hands-on experience with tools such as AppsFlyer, BigQuery, and Rudderstack - Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze - Experience building products across web and mobile apps in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store - Strong communication, product discovery, and strategic critical thinking skills - Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working at a fast pace
Nice to have
- Background in sports, gaming, or prediction markets, including being a power user of those products - Prior partnership with paid marketing teams - Experience with CRM tools and data products - Track record of taking products from zero to one
