Role overview
This Product Manager role is embedded in a rewards product team at a daily fantasy sports and predictions platform, with ownership of customer rewards, promotions, and reinvestment strategy. The PM partners with revenue operations and marketing to build a roadmap that drives efficient reward spend and meaningful user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve tools that drive efficient reward spend and partner with revenue operations on comprehensive roadmaps - Set and execute the team's product vision, strategy, and roadmap, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization - Define technical requirements, launch strategy, and overall product vision - Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class user experience - Partner with marketing and revenue operations to devise the reinvestment strategy - Build deep understanding of the prediction and DFS rewards space and champion a data-driven approach to product decisions
Requirements
- Three or more years of product management or related experience - A proven track record of building products customers love - Entrepreneurial drive, mission passion, and deep customer empathy - Experience with CRM tools such as Braze - Experience building products across web and mobile apps in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions - Strong product discovery and strategic critical thinking skills - Self-driven ambition, urgency, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience with loyalty or rewards programs - Background in sports, gaming, or prediction markets, including being a power user of those products - Prior partnership with marketing and revenue teams - Experience with CRM tools and data products - Track record of taking products from zero to one
