About this role
Role overview Take end-to-end ownership of the automation and revenue-intelligence layer for a complex sales organization. This hands-on role combines workflow design, systems integration, analytics, and stakeholder partnership to reduce repetitive work, improve pipeline visibility, and turn sales data into practical coaching and next-step recommendations.
Responsibilities - Build and refine high-volume sales automations for follow-up sequences, deal-stage changes, task creation, and CRM or messaging notifications. - Audit the sales process, identify the highest-value opportunities, and maintain a prioritized automation roadmap. - Connect prospecting agents with adjacent systems such as quoting, pricing, and case-management tools to enable low-touch workflows. - Evaluate, deploy, and continuously improve conversation-intelligence capabilities, using transcripts and deal context to recommend next actions and coaching. - Design an integration architecture linking revenue data, CRM records, enablement systems, reporting, and relevant external signals. - Build win/loss data capture and reporting, then translate recurring patterns into insights for sales, product, and leadership stakeholders.
Requirements - At least four years in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM AI engineering, including two or more years implementing AI-enabled go-to-market tools. - Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents or agentic workflows that materially improved real-world work. - Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience validating, transforming, and quality-checking data in a warehouse such as Snowflake or BigQuery. - Experience owning reporting infrastructure in a BI or dashboard platform such as Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or Salesforce, particularly for pipeline and revenue metrics. - A systems-oriented approach to data governance, including reusable standards, documentation, privacy awareness, and sustained data-quality controls. - Ability to explain technical and analytical concepts clearly to frontline managers and senior commercial or finance leaders.
Nice to have - Familiarity with data-enrichment or identity-resolution platforms such as ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Ringlead, or Openprise. - Experience in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment with multi-product, multi-segment sales motions. - Working knowledge of data-privacy regulations and compliance practices.
Benefits and work setup - Hybrid work combines in-person collaboration with flexibility based on regional office expectations and individual needs. - The listed U.S. base-pay bands vary by zone: Zone A is $120,000–$192,000, Zone B is $105,000–$168,000, and Zone C is $94,000–$150,000. - AI tools are provided across disciplines to support learning, independent problem-solving, and faster delivery.
