Role overview
This role focuses on expanding a home-services marketplace to serve larger and more sophisticated professional service businesses that need deeper integrations and stronger foundations. The position partners closely with business development and partnerships teams to turn integrations into meaningful growth channels. It blends product strategy, technical fluency around APIs and data, and cross-functional leadership in a marketplace setting.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for unlocking growth among larger, more sophisticated professional users - Develop a deep understanding of how these users operate through research and data to surface unmet needs and gaps - Set strategy for APIs, data integrations, and partner offerings with partnerships and business development teams - Lead new products from early discovery through launch and adoption, supporting complex business workflows - Partner with engineering to balance near-term opportunities against durable technical foundations - Bring engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and partnerships together around clear priorities - Define success metrics, test high-potential ideas, and scale the experiences that deliver measurable results
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience owning complex product areas with meaningful customer and business outcomes - Experience turning ambiguous, early-stage opportunities into clear product strategies - Strong technical fluency with APIs, data, integrations, and system tradeoffs - Excellent product judgment and customer empathy for complex business workflows - Strong analytical thinking and business acumen - AI-first mindset with enthusiasm for agentic AI workflows throughout product development - Proven ability to influence across engineering, design, data science, commercial teams, and external stakeholders
Benefits and work setup
For candidates based in Ontario or British Columbia, the expected total cash compensation range is approximately $164,100 to $212,300, depending on leveling, qualifications, and proficiency for the role.
