Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Accounting Systems

Role overview This is a senior product leadership role focused on the enterprise accounting and finance systems that power an online grocery business. The position owns the strategic direction and roadmap for financial systems, with particular attention to automation, data quality, and tight integration with supply chain and e-commerce platforms. It is a cross-functional, high-impact role that blends finance domain expertise with modern product management practice.

Responsibilities - Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise accounting and finance systems, prioritizing automation and data quality - Partner with supply chain, finance, accounting, operations, IT, and e-commerce teams to define requirements and prioritize features against business goals - Run agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management, to ship quality solutions on time and within budget - Gather feedback from key stakeholders, validate concepts, and iterate to improve usability, performance, and satisfaction - Identify integration and optimization opportunities between financial systems and supply chain or e-commerce workflows - Serve as the subject matter expert for finance systems, providing guidance to internal teams and external partners

Requirements - 7+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software, ideally in e-commerce or retail - Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial processes, and enterprise software systems - Familiarity with supply chain and e-commerce systems and how they connect to finance - Analytical ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product plans - Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across functions and seniority levels - Hands-on experience operating in an agile environment using tools such as Jira
