Senior Manager, Vulnerability Assessment

Role overview This senior leadership role owns the vulnerability assessment function within a large-scale cyber security organization in the broadcast media space. The position sets direction for identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing vulnerabilities across the enterprise environment and partners across the security organization to reduce risk at scale.

Responsibilities - Lead and develop the vulnerability assessment team, setting priorities and driving consistent execution across assessments. - Define and evolve the vulnerability management strategy, including coverage, cadence, and risk-based prioritization. - Partner with stakeholders across IT, engineering, and security operations to drive timely remediation of identified issues. - Report on program health, key risk indicators, and progress against reduction targets. - Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and assessment methodologies to keep the program effective.

Requirements - Demonstrated senior leadership experience running vulnerability assessment or related security programs at scale. - Deep knowledge of vulnerability management processes, tools, and risk frameworks. - Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience operating within a complex, hybrid enterprise environment.

Benefits and work setup - Remote role within the United States. - Compensation range $103,000–$191,400, based on experience and qualifications.
