Role overview
A senior global leadership role responsible for accelerating worldwide adoption of a decentralized, privacy-preserving AI infrastructure platform. The position blends hands-on commercial deal-making with deep technical fluency, engaging enterprise executives, technology leaders, and government stakeholders to deploy AI solutions built around local computing, data sovereignty, and independence from centralized infrastructure. International travel is required, and the leader must operate comfortably across multiple geographies and cultures.
Responsibilities
- Originate, structure, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with global enterprises, institutions, and government bodies - Identify organizations and industries where private, decentralized, or sovereign AI offers a clear strategic advantage, and build compelling business cases for adoption - Co-develop requirements with clients and translate them into deployable solutions together with product and engineering teams - Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy, manage a worldwide pipeline of strategic opportunities, and monitor competitive, regulatory, and technological developments - Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing global team of expansion managers, partnership leads, and solution architects, while establishing KPIs and commercial processes - Represent the organization in strategic meetings, government engagements, conferences, and industry forums
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience across AI, enterprise technology, infrastructure, or technology business development - Strong knowledge of AI/ML, large language models, inference, local and edge computing, data infrastructure, and decentralized architectures - Proven track record of structuring and closing large enterprise technology deals and partnerships - Established relationships with senior decision-makers across enterprises, technology firms, and/or government - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to move between technical engineering discussions and C-level strategic dialogue - Demonstrated experience building and managing high-performing teams in fast-moving environments, paired with an entrepreneurial, independent mindset - Degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
