About this role
Role overview Act as the technical liaison between customers and the product team for a biotechnology software platform. The role centers on helping scientific organizations adopt, integrate, and get measurable value from the platform's tools and AI capabilities.
Responsibilities - Guide new biotech organizations through onboarding and initial setup - Support integration of the platform into existing scientific workflows - Diagnose and help resolve technical issues that surface during adoption - Channel customer feedback and usage patterns back to the product team - Help customers realize ongoing value from platform features over time
Requirements - Background in molecular biology, bioinformatics, or a closely related life sciences field - Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions consulting, implementation, or technical support - Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to scientific users - Comfort working alongside product and engineering teams to translate needs into improvements
