About this role

Role overview A customer-facing Field Application Engineer position focused on AI/ML, supporting enterprise adoption of advanced AI software and hardware. The role partners closely with sales and product teams to translate complex technical concepts for both researchers and business stakeholders, helping customers solve real-world AI challenges. The position is remote, based out of Gdansk, Poland, and welcomes candidates across experience levels.

Responsibilities - Engage directly with enterprise customers through meetings, presentations, and workshops to diagnose technical challenges and recommend effective AI-driven solutions. - Partner with sales operations and product teams to channel customer feedback into roadmap decisions and future product enhancements. - Communicate sophisticated AI and silicon concepts clearly to both deeply technical researchers and non-technical executives. - Drive adoption of AI platforms by helping developers optimize workloads, fine-tune models, and build scalable pipelines. - Act as the on-the-ground technical voice, turning field insights into platform improvements and developer-facing improvements.

Requirements - Five or more years of customer-facing technical experience in enterprise settings, such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager. - Proven expertise in AI technologies and frameworks spanning machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. - Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or comparable ML frameworks. - Familiarity with embedded systems, FPGA architecture, or AI accelerators. - Working knowledge of data center and server architecture, including deployment, thermal and power considerations, and infrastructure management. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical depth and business clarity.

Nice to have - Enthusiasm for generative models, large language models, and pushing the limits of purpose-built silicon. - Curiosity about fine-tuning LLMs, optimizing vision models, and building AI pipelines that scale. - Comfort working in collaborative, fast-moving environments alongside hardware and software teams.
