Remote job
Senior Product Manager, WFI
Job details
About this role
Role overview
A senior product leader is needed to grow an emerging workforce intelligence product into a durable business. The product connects AI usage telemetry to the work items, epics, and initiatives where funded engineering work is planned, giving enterprise leaders a defensible way to evaluate AI tool and model investments. Success is measured by adoption, retention, and revenue rather than feature throughput, and the role sits at the intersection of strategy, customer discovery, and commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap, tying bets to activation, adoption, retention, and revenue targets. - Run continuous discovery with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, engineering managers, and design partners to understand how they evaluate AI productivity, spend, and risk. - Translate ambiguous customer problems into testable hypotheses, prototype quickly, run experiments with real customer data, and stop work that does not earn further investment. - Lead the evolution of trusted attribution and reporting, from work-item-level AI activity and cost up to executive narratives on throughput, delivery, capacity, and savings. - Develop a point of view on agent oversight, including how organizations identify agent-only work, link it to funded initiatives, account for its cost, and review outcomes with appropriate context. - Shape benchmarking of tools and models that reflects a customer's own teams and work, with transparent methods rather than broad vendor claims.
Requirements
- Track record turning technical ambiguity into clear product decisions and connecting a roadmap to a business result. - Experience setting product strategy for an emerging or zero-to-one category where the buyer problem and the answer are still taking shape. - Understanding of trade-offs around model evaluation, agent behavior, privacy, governance, cost, and rapidly changing vendor capabilities. - Ability to define a trustworthy measure of human and AI-assisted work, including where evidence supports a conclusion and where it does not. - History of aligning engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and executives around a shared outcome without relying on formal authority. - Clear, concise writing and presentation skills, with credibility among senior technical buyers and curiosity about how their decisions are actually made.
Nice to have
- Low attachment to personal ideas and high commitment to outcomes, with a habit of sharing hypotheses early, inviting challenge, and deciding plainly. - Comfort working in small, dedicated teams with minimal handoff from problem definition through shipped features.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote-first work environment with optional in-person meet-ups and the ability to travel to international offices. - Unlimited vacation in most locations. - Health, dental, vision, and savings plan benefits. - Perks including training reimbursement, work-from-home reimbursement, and an employee referral program. - Opportunities for professional development such as conferences, courses, and mentorship. - Diverse, dynamic teams with access to social activities both in person and virtual. - An equal opportunity workplace committed to an inclusive culture across race, color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
