Role overview
Design end-to-end experiences for a consumer mental health platform used by more than two million people, working across web, iOS, and Android. Reporting to the Director of UX, you'll partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Brand to ship features, funnels, and experiments that improve engagement and retention. This is a remote role based in Eastern Time.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end UX across web, iOS, and Android, from early concept and flows through wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready files - Partner with Product and Engineering on new features, funnels, and improvements to customer-facing product lines - Design and support growth experiments such as onboarding, sign-up, and checkout flows - Build wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma while keeping design files organized - Contribute to and evolve a shared design system to keep cross-platform work consistent and reusable - Support user research and usability testing, translating findings into concrete design decisions
Requirements
- 4+ years as a UX designer creating digital-first products for iOS, Android, and web - Background ideally in mass-market consumer apps, subscription products, or e-commerce - Experience designing growth experiments and features that drive engagement, retention, and churn reduction - Familiarity with planning or running user research and usability testing - Solid understanding of platform-specific UX and UI patterns on iOS, Android, and web - Strong Figma proficiency
