Talent Scientist Internship

Role overview

Support the development and evaluation of assessments used in talent management and people analytics. This remote internship combines psychometric analysis, assessment design, and project work, with opportunities to learn how data informs HR decisions.

Responsibilities

- Help create assessment tools and reports for talent and people analytics platforms. - Contribute items, scoring calculations, and report prototypes for new or revised assessments. - Analyze test results using psychometric methods to support technical documentation. - Discuss assessment design and validation with the talent science team. - Contribute to people analytics projects requested by clients.

Requirements

- At least a bachelor’s degree in psychology, or current enrollment from the sixth semester onward. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and statistical analysis software. - Basic psychometric knowledge, including validity and reliability. - Interest in assessment development and data analytics. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, plus willingness to learn.
