Role overview Drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs that support a specialty-care platform focused on improving outcomes for patients with joint, back, and muscle conditions. As Technical Program Manager, you will partner closely with product, engineering, operations, and clinical teams to ship high-quality releases on time and help expand into new markets. The role blends program leadership with technical fluency, since you'll translate architecture and dependencies into informed decisions alongside engineers.
Responsibilities - Lead the full lifecycle of large technical programs, from planning through launch and post-launch analysis. - Serve as the primary point of contact for product programs, aligning engineering, product, clinical operations, and other stakeholders. - Plan and run release management and product grooming ceremonies with operations stakeholders. - Identify risks and obstacles early, and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track. - Continuously assess and improve program management processes to increase delivery efficiency. - Interpret technical architecture and dependencies across the data platform, software, and data science to support sound engineering decisions.
Requirements - 7+ years of program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives. - 3+ years in healthcare technology, or equivalent experience leading complex programs in regulated, operationally complex environments. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. - Demonstrated success launching new products alongside product and engineering teams. - Working knowledge of Agile frameworks, strong Jira experience, and the ability to use data and analytics to surface risks. - Excellent communication and presentation skills; willingness to travel up to 10% for onsite meetings, team collaboration, and company events.
