Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager

Role overview An Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager drives day-to-day execution of live client implementations on a headless ERP platform. This customer-facing role sits between client teams and internal engineering, coordinating delivery, validation, and enablement. It is designed as a growth track toward a Senior Product Manager position, with progression tied to performance.

Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day client communications, including handling questions, escalating issues, and keeping stakeholders informed and unblocked - Coordinate project execution with the internal development team, maintain tracking tools (e.g., GitHub Projects, Jira), and keep status updates, documentation, and release notes current for internal and client teams - Analyze client data to surface gaps, discrepancies, and risks, and support solution architecture and functional gap analysis alongside senior PMs and engineering - Validate every release before it reaches clients, coordinate client testing and sign-off, and own go-live readiness - Create training materials and deliver training so client teams can operate the platform independently - Build deep knowledge of the platform and translate client feedback into product insights that inform the roadmap

Requirements - 2–5 years of experience in product management at a large tech company or startup, and/or management consulting experience; consulting background strongly preferred - Proven customer-facing experience comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Structured thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and eager to learn and grow - Ownership mindset with an appetite for operational and technical detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Comfort with data analysis tools and AI-driven workflows

Nice to have - A side project or prototype built for fun, ideally using AI-assisted coding, with the story behind how you approached it - Exposure to ecommerce or physical-product operations such as order, inventory, purchasing, fulfillment, or accounting workflows - Familiarity with ERP, 3PL, or commerce platforms - Prior experience onboarding customers onto software

Benefits and work setup - Base salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 130,000 per year - Health, dental, and vision coverage plus flexible paid time off
