About this role
Role overview A senior customer-facing technologist is needed to own strategic relationships with a portfolio of enterprise and high-value customers of a cloud security platform. The role blends executive engagement, hands-on technical guidance, and partnership with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to drive measurable security and business outcomes, and is based remotely with a focus on the Central United States.
Responsibilities - Build and maintain trusted executive-level relationships from working engineers up to the C-suite. - Collaborate with customer teams on deployments, reference architectures, and operational best practices for a runtime cloud security and threat-detection platform. - Lead Success Planning, Outcome Mapping, Customer Business Reviews, and ongoing strategic touchpoints. - Identify account risks early through health monitoring and technical diagnostics, and drive mitigation plans. - Run hands-on workshops that help customers unlock full platform value. - Partner with Sales on renewals and expansions by demonstrating value realization and usage growth, and relay customer requirements into Product and Engineering roadmaps.
Requirements - Several years in customer success, solutions engineering, professional services, or similar roles supporting enterprise cloud or security products. - Strong understanding of cloud-native applications, containers, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps practices across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP. - Scripting and API integration skills to support and troubleshoot deployments. - Demonstrated success leading executive-level engagements and translating technical capabilities into business impact. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with experience managing incidents and root cause analysis. - Background in cybersecurity or DevSecOps.
Nice to have - CKAD, CKA, or CKS certifications. - Hands-on experience with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms. - Prior work with Falco or comparable cloud detection tooling.
