Financial Services Cloud Consultant

Role overview A specialist consulting position focused on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations for regulated banks, credit unions, wealth firms, and insurance-adjacent organizations. The role blends hands-on configuration with advisory work, treating FSC as a domain in its own right rather than as a Sales Cloud variant. It covers the full lifecycle from discovery through upgrades, with accountability for data model integrity and compliance-aware process design.

Responsibilities - Lead discovery sessions for advisor, banker, and service journeys, then map findings to FSC capabilities. - Design person account or contact models and household or group structures suited to the institution. - Configure financial accounts, relationships, and related lists that support a usable client 360 view. - Implement interaction management, action plans, referrals, and handoffs across retail, wealth, and service teams. - Build Flow and declarative automation that respects FSC objects and record ownership patterns. - Address sharing, visibility, and consent considerations for regulated client data, and coordinate integrations without breaking FSC semantics.

Requirements - 4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience with at least 2 years delivering FSC hands-on. - Demonstrable FSC project work, not only Sales Cloud deployments in financial institutions. - Comfort facilitating workshops with compliance stakeholders and handling regulated data carefully. - Strong configuration and Flow skills on FSC objects and related automation. - Eligibility to work remotely in the United States, with Texas timezone overlap for client workshops.

Nice to have - Wealth or insurance cloud adjacency such as Insurance Cloud or Experience Cloud portals. - Familiarity with KYC and AML process touchpoints affecting CRM design. - MuleSoft or core-banking integration experience on FSC programs. - Prior work with FSC Education or Industry Blueprint accelerators.
