Senior Product Designer

Role overview A product-driven, fully remote team is hiring a Senior Product Designer to strengthen its design practice across an enterprise platform that combines point-of-sale, eCommerce, marketing, analytics, and inventory management for a regulated retail vertical. The role spans web, mobile, self-order kiosks, register second screens, and in-store displays, balancing legacy improvements with new quarterly features.

Responsibilities - Design and improve interfaces across web, app, and standalone in-store devices, considering complex operational workflows - Map user flows and information architecture to support usability in daily retail operations - Prototype and test concepts, validating decisions with cross-functional collaborators - Analyze analytics dashboards and survey results to identify insights and measure design impact - Maintain and evolve a shared design system for consistency and scalability - Provide developer handoffs, run demos, and support implementation reviews

Requirements - Strong portfolio showing experience with complex eCommerce products - 5+ years of product design experience delivering end-to-end solutions for web or native platforms - Deep UX and information architecture expertise with a data-informed, operations-friendly approach - Hands-on experience conducting user interviews and surveys - Proficiency in Figma, responsive design, and component-based systems - Basic HTML/CSS, AI fluency across research and prototyping, and Upper-Intermediate+ English communication

Nice to have - Familiarity with analytics platforms such as PostHog or Amplitude - Interest in improving internal design processes through automation and AI - Personal AI-built projects demonstrating awareness of how AI changes products
