Technical Consultant I

Role overview

Support the delivery and ongoing operation of interactive response technology (IRT) used to manage clinical trial randomization and drug supply. The work spans system maintenance, client coordination, data integrations, user support, and careful change management in a regulated, time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities - Coordinate with client study teams and project colleagues to launch and maintain IRT systems, including setting up study data at go-live. - Manage study change controls, integration specifications, and planned data reviews; track issues and risks with clients and other vendors. - Troubleshoot complex escalations, support users across countries, and identify recurring issues by reviewing support trends and root causes. - Prepare system documentation, FAQs, training materials, and maintenance reports for client and internal teams. - Work with project and product colleagues on service improvements and feature feedback; travel to client sites for meetings and user training as needed.

Requirements - At least two years of experience in a similar role and a bachelor’s degree. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients, project teams, and support colleagues. - Ability to organize work, manage time, and complete reviews and system updates accurately. - Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills. - Ability to understand technical systems and troubleshoot issues.
