Requirements

- Substantial experience in product or program delivery management, ideally within infrastructure or large-scale IT transformation programs. - Proven ability to operate remotely and collaborate effectively across time zones. - Availability to work core hours aligned to US Eastern or Central time. - Full-time commitment in a permanent remote arrangement, based in Bulgaria. - Senior-level judgment suitable for a director-level individual contributor or leadership role.
