Role overview
This is a Winter-term internship (January through April) on a User Experience Research team embedded within a larger Product Design organization. The team delivers strategic insight into customer needs, desires, and friction points to inform better product decisions. Interns contribute to studies that shape product direction from day one, in a remote-first, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Help design and run mixed-methods research studies alongside other researchers, designers, and product managers - Manage logistics such as participant screening, recruiting, and scheduling - Collaborate with designers, content, and product partners so research questions map to real roadmap decisions - Draft research plans, moderator guides, and supporting materials with team oversight - Use AI tooling to transcribe, tag, and synthesize findings - Analyze results, surface themes, and document clear takeaways for stakeholders - Maintain and tag the research repository so work stays accessible - Join team research rituals and meetings
Requirements
