Staff Product Manager, Enterprise

Role overview A senior product leader is needed to drive the strategy and roadmap for an Enterprise product line. This Staff-level role partners with engineering, design, go-to-market, and senior leadership to define where the product invests next, balancing customer outcomes with business goals. The position is open across San Francisco, Seattle, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, and remote locations.

Responsibilities - Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Enterprise segment, translating company objectives into a clear product plan. - Lead discovery and prioritization across enterprise customer needs, market dynamics, and internal capacity. - Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and sales teams to ship high-impact capabilities end-to-end. - Define and monitor success metrics, using qualitative and quantitative signals to iterate on direction. - Communicate strategy, trade-offs, and progress to executives, cross-functional partners, and large customers. - Mentor other product managers and raise the bar for product craft across the organization.

Requirements - Extensive product management experience, including leadership of complex, multi-stakeholder products. - Proven track record shipping enterprise-grade software and working with large business customers. - Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions under ambiguity with imperfect data. - Excellent written and verbal communication, including experience presenting to senior leadership. - Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, sales, and operations teams. - Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead other product managers.

Nice to have - Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or platform/infrastructure products. - Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with globally distributed teams.
