Staff Product Manager, Dashboard

Role overview This Staff Product Manager role owns the strategy and evolution of a dashboard product that serves internal and/or external users. The position sits at the senior individual contributor level and partners closely with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to shape how people consume and act on information through the dashboard.

Responsibilities - Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the dashboard product area - Partner with engineering and design to ship measurable improvements to usability, performance, and data clarity - Conduct user research and analyze usage data to identify high-impact opportunities - Collaborate with adjacent product teams to ensure the dashboard integrates cleanly with surrounding workflows - Serve as a thought partner to product leadership on dashboard standards, patterns, and shared components - Communicate product direction, tradeoffs, and progress to stakeholders across the organization

Requirements - Significant product management experience, including substantial work on dashboards, analytics surfaces, or other data-rich interfaces - Proven ability to set product strategy and execute against it independently at the Staff IC level - Strong analytical skills and comfort using quantitative data to inform prioritization - Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical partners
