Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end design for Risk product surfaces, from concept through launch - Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers on problem definition and solutions - Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and craft standards - Mentor other designers and raise the quality bar across the team - Advocate for users in risk-related workflows and decision-making

Requirements

- Significant experience as a product designer shipping complex software - A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and craft quality - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners in a remote environment - Comfort working in regulated or high-stakes domains
