Role overview
Lead a global Partner Solutions Architecture function that helps strategic technology and implementation partners create, launch, and scale joint solutions. The role combines people leadership, technical strategy, partner engagement, and cross-functional execution, with a focus on strengthening alliances across independent software vendors, system integrators, and regional partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and grow a distributed team of Partner Solutions Architects, establishing effective engagement practices and shared technical standards. - Define and execute regional and global plans that improve how the architecture team supports strategic partners and their customers. - Work closely with sales, product, engineering, alliances, and channel stakeholders to align partner priorities with broader business initiatives. - Own senior technical relationships with important partner accounts, translating their needs into actionable plans for the architecture organization. - Identify opportunities through market signals, partner feedback, and performance analysis, then guide the team in improving its approach. - Build partner Centers of Excellence and help develop solution-focused go-to-market offerings, services, and technical strategies.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solutions architecture, including 8 or more years leading pre-sales teams. - At least 5 years of experience building and developing teams across multiple regions or geographies. - Strong knowledge of cloud computing, APIs, software architecture, and integration technologies. - Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and retain high-performing technical teams. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. - Proven project leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience leading a partner solutions architecture organization across several geographies. - Background working with billing, payments, fraud prevention, or closely related financial technology solutions. - Experience creating partner enablement programs, Centers of Excellence, or joint go-to-market offerings.
