Role overview
Lead the specialist solutions architecture function for revenue management across the Americas. The role combines regional strategy, technical sales leadership, customer advisory work, and organizational growth, with a focus on helping enterprises address complex billing, subscription, and revenue recognition challenges. You will work across commercial, product, engineering, services, and support teams to connect customer needs with scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional technical sales strategy for revenue management solutions in partnership with sales, marketing, services, alliances, product, and engineering leaders. - Build repeatable sales playbooks and operating practices for billing and revenue recognition engagements. - Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of specialist solutions architects. - Advise executives, architects, developers, and other technical decision-makers on long-term revenue management architectures. - Represent customer needs in product planning and help influence priorities across the revenue management portfolio. - Guide customers from discovery and solution design through adoption, value realization, and expansion, while promoting best practices through executive briefings, industry events, written content, and reference architectures.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in technical sales, solutions architecture, solution consulting, or a related customer-facing technical discipline. - At least 10 years of experience building and scaling pre-sales organizations, including hiring, people management, coaching, and career development. - Deep knowledge of subscription business models, billing platforms, and revenue recognition principles. - Experience designing complex enterprise systems that support customer-facing experiences and operational needs. - Experience working across the United States, Canada, and Latin American markets and cultures. - Strong executive presence, relationship-building ability, cross-functional collaboration skills, and communication across both business and technical audiences.
