Responsibilities - Conduct investigations into reported or detected incidents - Analyze evidence and produce clear written summaries of findings - Coordinate with engineering, legal, or other teams as cases require - Maintain investigation records and contribute to process improvements

Requirements - Prior investigator experience in security, trust and safety, or a related field - Strong written communication and case documentation skills - Sound judgment when handling sensitive material with discretion - Eligibility to work full-time within the United States
