Integration Engineer, Professional Services

Role overview This position sits within a Professional Services organization and centers on integrating the employer's products into customer environments. The work blends hands-on engineering with client-facing delivery, helping customers connect, configure, and operationalize the platform within their own technical stacks. It is a full-time role with remote work available within the United States and additional office presence in Toronto and Chicago.

Responsibilities - Design and build customer integrations that connect external systems to the platform - Partner with customers to understand their technical environments, data flows, and integration goals - Implement, configure, and validate integration solutions during onboarding and rollout - Troubleshoot integration issues and provide hands-on technical guidance throughout delivery - Collaborate with internal engineering and product counterparts to relay customer feedback and resolve technical blockers - Document integration patterns, implementation guidance, and lessons learned for reuse across engagements

Requirements - Professional experience in integration engineering, software engineering, or a similar customer-facing implementation role - Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, authentication patterns, and common data interchange formats - Proficiency in at least one modern programming language used for backend or integration development - Strong written and verbal communication skills for working directly with customers and cross-functional teams - Comfort operating remotely and managing multiple customer engagements in parallel
