About this role
Role overview An Integration Engineer on the Professional Services team supports customers implementing and integrating with a technology platform. The role combines hands-on engineering with customer-facing consulting and is based out of offices in New York, Seattle, or the South San Francisco headquarters, with the option to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities - Design and deliver customer-specific integrations and platform implementations - Guide customers through technical onboarding, configuration, and adoption - Partner with internal engineering teams to debug and resolve integration issues - Provide technical expertise during professional services engagements and escalations
Requirements - Engineering background with hands-on integration or implementation experience - Strong communication skills for working directly with enterprise customers - Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders - Comfort working in a customer-facing, delivery-oriented role
Nice to have - Experience with financial, payments, or API-driven platforms - Familiarity with professional services engagement models
