Head of Specialist Solutions Architecture, Revenue (AMER)

Role overview This senior leadership role guides specialist solutions architecture for revenue-related work across the Americas. The position combines team leadership, customer-facing technical direction, and coordination of specialist architecture capabilities in support of commercial goals.

Responsibilities - Lead the specialist solutions architecture function focused on revenue-related opportunities. - Set direction for how specialist architectural expertise is applied across the region. - Partner with commercial and technical stakeholders on complex customer needs. - Develop consistent approaches for presenting and evaluating technical solutions. - Coach and support solutions architects while building effective cross-functional collaboration. - Represent specialist architecture perspectives in regional planning and decision-making.

Requirements - Significant experience in solutions architecture or a closely related technical customer-facing discipline. - Experience leading teams or functions with broad regional or commercial scope. - Ability to connect technical architecture with revenue and customer objectives. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. - Strategic judgment combined with the ability to engage in detailed technical discussions.
