Role overview A fully remote opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to own the day-to-day configuration, optimization, and stability of a Salesforce platform that powers go-to-market operations. The role partners with business systems analysts, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product to deliver scalable, well-documented solutions that improve user experience and data integrity. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who can translate business requirements into reliable platform changes.
Responsibilities - Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, permission sets, profiles, and role hierarchies. - Build and optimize Salesforce Flows using best-practice patterns for bulkification, governor limits, and error handling. - Develop and refine reports, dashboards, and list views, and assist with CPQ, case management, lead routing, and other go-to-market workflows. - Monitor system health, troubleshoot user issues and automation failures, and maintain data quality through deduplication, cleansing, and routine uploads. - Manage sandbox refresh cycles, coordinate testing and user acceptance, and support release management, change documentation, and deployment validation. - Provide day-to-day Salesforce user support, deliver short trainings and demos, write user-facing guides and FAQs, and contribute to governance standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements - 2–4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. - Strong working knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools, including Flows, validation rules, objects, fields, record types, and security models. - Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into well-structured technical solutions. - Solid problem-solving skills with the comfort to troubleshoot automation and data issues. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. - Familiarity with go-to-market processes across Sales, Marketing, and Support. - Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated commitment to documentation and process discipline. - Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or higher is preferred.
Nice to have - Experience with HubSpot, Workato, or similar go-to-market and automation platforms. - Exposure to Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components concepts, or integration workflows. - Background supporting SaaS, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations environments. - Familiarity with CPQ, subscription billing, or contract management workflows.
