Senior Mobile Software Engineer

Role overview

This senior engineering role is responsible for building user-facing features for a cross-platform mobile application. You will own work from initial concept through production, contribute to a product that is evolving rapidly, and collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional engineering team. The application is built with React Native and MobX, although prior React Native experience is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Take ownership of mobile features across the full delivery lifecycle, from planning and implementation through release and iteration. - Develop maintainable software and apply strong testing practices to protect product quality. - Build polished, reliable experiences for a cross-platform mobile product. - Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners in a small, tightly connected team. - Contribute to an energetic engineering environment and deliver improvements with frequent product impact.

Requirements

- At least six years of relevant professional experience. - A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline. - Strong computer science fundamentals and sound software engineering judgment. - A demonstrated commitment to software quality. - Proven experience delivering mobile applications.

Nice to have

- Expert-level React Native experience. - Proficiency with TypeScript. - Experience developing natively for Android, iOS, or both.
