Role overview
Lead product design and UX strategy for growth-focused initiatives within a consumer banking product. The work includes experiences such as signup, onboarding, rewards, and gamification, with responsibility for turning business goals into clear, engaging mobile and web journeys. This is a hands-on leadership position for a designer who can own major projects, influence product direction, and help other designers deliver excellent work.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality interactive experiences across iOS, Android, and web. - Lead initiatives from creative exploration and concept development through production and release. - Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to shape growth strategy, priorities, and roadmaps. - Take ownership of design decisions and help define what should be built, not only how it should look. - Provide direction and constructive feedback to other designers while raising the quality bar across the team. - Review existing processes, establish better practices, and contribute to a scalable design system.
Requirements
- Significant experience delivering end-to-end UX and UI for consumer-facing products. - A portfolio featuring examples of product design work. - Experience building and shipping mobile or web software. - Strong visual design ability, with range across systemized interfaces and more expressive, brand-forward moments. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain design decisions and their underlying logic. - Experience leading important design projects, delegating work, and giving effective direction to other designers. - Strategic product thinking, strong attention to detail, and a high standard of craft. - Comfort using AI as a creative and productivity tool while maintaining sound design judgment.

- Strong experience in fintech. - A track record of leading successful growth initiatives at scale. - Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems. - Ability to translate designs into production-quality code.
