About this role

Role overview Staff Product Manager opening focused on the attribution layer of a programmatic advertising platform. The position owns the vision and roadmap that decide which ad exposures receive credit for downstream conversions, forming the foundation for the broader reporting and measurement product suite. The role partners daily with engineers, designers, and QA, and aligns contributors across analytics, data science, revenue, and product marketing.

Responsibilities - Drive the product strategy and roadmap for click and view-through attribution, alongside channel-specific models such as CTV and ABM. - Engage the largest and most sophisticated customers to surface attribution requirements and translate them into product direction. - Build alignment across data, analytics, data science, revenue, and product marketing teams on attribution methodology and enablement. - Write product specifications that define user needs, behavioral detail for engineering and design, and measurable success criteria. - Move initiatives through ambiguity to high-quality launch, with an emphasis on driving deeper engagement with the platform.

Requirements - Deep knowledge of advertising attribution methodologies beyond single-platform reporting, including MTA, MMM, incremental lift studies, geo experiments, CTV, ABM, retail media, and web analytics. - Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of vision and roadmap, from shaping ambiguous problems through measurable delivery. - High technical fluency, able to reason about data pipelines, identity resolution, and event-level attribution at scale, and to explain these concepts to non-technical audiences. - A data-grounded bias for action: forming hypotheses, running experiments, and iterating on the evidence. - Strong product-design intuition and the ability to evaluate a feature from the user's perspective. - Practical experience using LLM tools to accelerate product work and a clear view on where AI assists customers versus where deterministic methods are required.

Benefits and work setup - Remote-first position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States or Canada. - Highly competitive base compensation, with posted bands of $168,000–$231,000 USD for Canada and $188,000–$258,500 CAD for the United States; additional compensation such as annual bonuses may be available depending on the role. - Retirement or pension savings plans. - Generous paid time off, including a day off for the employee's birthday. - Comprehensive mental health care program and health benefits starting on day one of employment. - Work-from-home reimbursements and optional access to global coworking spaces for those who want a change of scenery. - Structured training and onboarding, plus support for personal development such as conferences, courses, and books. - Industry-specific certifications and continuous learning programs. - Robust parental leave program. - Team and social events, with a friendly and inclusive culture.
