About this role
Role overview Senior Product Manager role on a Creatives team building an in-house, end-to-end platform for advertisers to create, enhance, preview, store, and manage ads across CTV, video, audio, DOOH, display, and native formats. The position owns a 0→1 portfolio with significant autonomy, partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Creative Studio, and Revenue teams. Remote-first, open to candidates in Canada and the United States.
Responsibilities - Own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for a portfolio spanning the video/CTV creative builder, AI-generated and brand content products, and creative integrations with social and partner platforms. - Lead 0→1 initiatives from problem validation through launch and adoption, setting direction across multiple teams and disciplines. - Translate complex, cross-functional problems into a clear vision and crisp requirements that give Engineering, Design, and QE unambiguous direction on feature behavior. - Partner with Data Science and Engineering to shape how AI/ML and generative content capabilities are applied across creative formats, making sound technical trade-offs. - Define and monitor KPIs, using data-driven decisions to determine what to build, cut, or accelerate. - Work with the Creative Studio to ensure tooling reflects real creative workflows and meets a high brand bar. - Build new integrations with external platforms to expand creative asset and ad format options. - Communicate proactively with stakeholders and support customer-facing teams with portfolio-related questions and triage.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Product Manager at a technology company, with a track record of shipping large, complex software products end-to-end. - Demonstrated success leading 0→1 initiatives that span multiple teams, bringing structure to new problem spaces. - Experience building products in AdTech, MarTech, or creative platforms; meaningful edge for those who've worked on creative-building or generative AI products. - Strong fluency with AI/ML and generative AI concepts, enough to partner deeply with Data Science and Engineering. - Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience) to discuss technical trade-offs.
Nice to have - Hands-on familiarity with programmatic advertising, CTV, and multi-format creative workflows. - Experience working closely with internal Creative or Design studios.
