About this role

Role overview

This Senior Product Manager role owns a product area within an intelligent automation platform that helps large enterprises orchestrate work between humans, digital workers, AI agents, and enterprise systems. The position operates in a dynamic market shaped by generative AI and agentic frameworks, requiring someone comfortable with ambiguity and rapid technology change. The PM will set strategy, ship products that customers love, and drive measurable revenue outcomes within a sizable product organisation.

Responsibilities

- Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a product area from discovery through launch and iteration - Maintain a clear, well-organized roadmap that stakeholders across the business can understand and trust - Make tough trade-offs around scope, sequencing, and prioritization while communicating reasoning cleanly - Develop deep customer and market understanding through user conversations, sales partnership, and production observation - Take products from zero-to-one by identifying unmet needs, validating them quickly, defining MVPs, and iterating to revenue - Use AI daily for research, synthesis, prototyping, and stakeholder communication - Partner with engineering, design, research, data, marketing, sales, support, and executive stakeholders - Define and track metrics that matter: adoption, revenue, retention, and customer impact

Requirements

- 3+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise SaaS - Track record of taking products from zero to one with demonstrated revenue impact, not just launches - Comfort operating in significant ambiguity within fast-moving, competitive markets - Fluency using AI as a day-to-day thinking, building, and communication partner - Genuine passion for automation and business transformation

Nice to have

- Prior experience in the automation or AI/agentic product space - Technical background in engineering, computer science, or equivalent hands-on experience - Deep understanding of modern agentic frameworks, LLM tooling, and how AI agents are built and evaluated in enterprise contexts

Benefits and work setup

- Remote position based in the USA on Eastern Time Zone hours - Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage - 401(k) plan with company match - Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave - Professional development reimbursement
