About this role
Role overview A senior product leader is needed to own the multi-year vision and strategy for a customer engagement platform spanning CRM, email campaigns, automations, and transactional communications. Reporting to the President of the product organization, this role leads the transformation of an existing communications offering into a unified customer engagement hub that competes with best-in-class marketing tools while leveraging unique ecosystem advantages. The position offers a hybrid option at the NYC headquarters or fully remote within the U.S.
Responsibilities - Define and drive multi-year product vision and strategy across CRM, email campaigns, automations, transactional communications, and emerging channels such as SMS, with clear accountability for revenue growth - Own the Email Campaigns business line end-to-end, including performance reporting, engagement strategies, GTM planning, and roadmap decisions in close partnership with commercial and marketing stakeholders - Prioritize investments in business CRM, transactional automations, flexible communication channels, and advanced segmentation that meet the needs of sophisticated service sellers - Lead, grow, and mentor a team of product managers across multiple product lines, setting a high bar for hypothesis-driven development, roadmap rigor, and customer-centricity - Partner with engineering and design leaders to deliver outcomes, stepping in to remove blockers and maintain velocity on high-priority initiatives - Champion the use of proprietary data and AI to create smarter automation flows, personalized outreach, and differentiated engagement experiences that competitors cannot easily replicate
Requirements - 12+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent building and scaling customer engagement, CRM, marketing, or communications products - 5+ years leading and developing product management teams in complex, multi-product environments - Deep familiarity with the customer engagement and email service provider landscape, with an informed perspective on competitive differentiation - Demonstrated ability to own a revenue-generating product line with accountability for business outcomes, not just delivery - Strong strategic instincts paired with a bias for execution, comfortable operating at the intersection of vision-setting and day-to-day team unblocking - Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills, with credibility to influence senior leadership across product, engineering, commercial, and marketing functions
Nice to have - Experience applying hypothesis-driven development and experimentation to accelerate product-market fit and grow adoption
Benefits and work setup - Choice between medical plans with an option for 100% covered premiums (medical, dental, vision) - Supplemental life and disability insurance, plus fertility and adoption benefits - Retirement benefits with employer match, flexible paid time off, and 12 weeks paid parental leave plus family care leave - Hybrid option at NYC headquarters or remote within the U.S. - Cash compensation range of $323,000 to $435,000 USD, plus eligibility for equity grants
