Role overview Join a small mobile engineering team as a Senior Android engineer building a popular consumer finance application used by millions of people. The Kotlin-based codebase emphasizes reliability, modern platform features, and backward compatibility across a wide range of devices. You will collaborate closely with backend and product teams while having meaningful influence over technical direction in a tight-knit organization.

Responsibilities - Ship production updates through Google Play at least once per month - Design and implement new features while modernizing legacy components - Partner with server and product teams to shape internal API updates and feature planning - Provide direct user support and resolve bugs discovered in the field - Write automated tests to validate reliability of new releases

Requirements - Senior-level experience with Kotlin and the broader Android ecosystem - Track record of producing clean, maintainable, testable code - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience - Collaborative mindset with strong empathy and respect for teammates - Solid debugging skills and curiosity about root-cause analysis

Nice to have - Experience maintaining an Android application with a substantial user base - Background in fintech or other regulated consumer products - Familiarity with client/server data synchronization on mobile
