Product Designer

Role overview A remote Product Designer role on a small team that builds deep-tech software such as developer tools, communication platforms, and the systems behind them. The designer owns flows from first idea through shipped product, with a focus on making complex technical surfaces feel simple to use. It is a full-time, remote position open to candidates in Europe and globally.

Responsibilities - Own end-to-end design flows from early concept through shipped release - Translate complex technical systems into clear, usable interfaces - Partner with the engineering team to ship and refine product work - Apply systems thinking that extends well beyond individual screens

Requirements - A portfolio that includes shipped product design work - Demonstrated systems thinking across product surfaces - Comfort working independently in a remote, low-meeting environment - Genuine interest in durable software and the craft of how it is built

Nice to have - Background designing for technical or developer audiences - Familiarity with communication platforms or developer tooling - Experience contributing to small, owner-led teams
