Responsibilities
- Review requirements for testability before development begins and surface ambiguities while they are still cheap to resolve. - Design and execute smoke and regression suites that cover critical user journeys without becoming brittle. - File defects with enough context, reproduction steps, and impact notes to enable fast triage and resolution. - Drive risk-based testing when timelines compress, helping the team decide what to verify deeply versus what to spot-check. - Build and maintain automation where it pays off, focusing on stable selectors, continuous integration hooks, and reducing flakes.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with structured manual testing of web or mobile products. - Working knowledge of test automation frameworks and a sense of when automation genuinely helps versus when it adds overhead. - Strong written communication, especially in defect reports and test plans. - Curiosity and persistence in tracing issues back to root causes rather than stopping at symptoms. - Comfort asking "what is the expected behavior?" early and often, even when the answer feels obvious.

- Experience integrating test suites into CI pipelines and reducing flake rates in fast-moving environments.
