Role overview
Support the implementation of new healthcare and pharmacy benefit groups from planning through launch. This coordination-focused role works with external administrators and internal implementation, contracting, invoicing, and customer-success teams to collect requirements, keep projects organized, and help ensure a smooth go-live.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for external administrators during new-group implementations. - Gather and document contacts, deadlines, account structures, group identifiers, invoicing details, identification-card requirements, eligibility files, and other launch information. - Maintain project plans, open-item logs, standard templates, and implementation records. - Coordinate daily tasks for implementation team members while tracking multiple projects and milestones. - Enter implementation data, create client profiles in a CRM system, and connect implementation work with contracting and invoicing teams. - Support go-live activities, participate in client meetings and post-launch reviews, and help identify process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred. - Experience coordinating complex work across multiple projects or clients, ideally in healthcare, pharmacy, customer service, or a corporate setting. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Google productivity tools and Salesforce is expected or preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for meetings, calls, and business correspondence. - Ability to organize high-volume work, manage competing deadlines, and maintain close attention to detail. - Self-directed, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving technology environment.

The role includes location-based salary ranges from approximately $48,500 to $68,400 USD, depending on geography, experience, skills, education, and job level.
