Marketplace Delivery Manager

Role overview The Marketplace Delivery Manager owns the end-to-end onboarding experience for customers of an AI-powered multilingual content platform, spanning pre-sales through steady-state operations. The role safeguards quality and on-time delivery commitments across a global vendor and freelancer network, blending automation with human supplier management to scale multilingual content delivery.

Responsibilities - Lead full onboarding and continuous improvement coverage for new and existing customers, ensuring successful marketplace adoption across the customer lifecycle. - Configure and automate workflow steps, including freelancer assignment, vendor management, and workspace settings, while targeting high workflow automation across supported accounts. - Set up and maintain language assets such as translation memories, glossaries, and style guides, and configure QA automation to protect SLA commitments. - Build, curate, and enable trusted vendor teams, deploying internal AI tools and best practices to scale performance. - Monitor delivery health, step in during at-risk situations, and drive issue resolution and escalation management as needed. - Translate operational insights into actionable product feedback and workflow improvements that influence roadmap priorities.

Requirements - 5+ years of experience in project management, vendor management, supply chain operations, or related operational roles. - Proven ability to scope projects, allocate resources, manage risk, and track delivery performance against SLAs. - Working understanding of translation technologies and the ability to leverage AI tools to streamline operations. - Strong communication skills with experience delivering training, support, and adoption enablement to internal and external partners. - Fluent English, with additional languages considered a plus.

Nice to have - Hands-on experience with marketplace environments or large vendor and freelancer pools. - PMP or equivalent project management certification.
