Solutions Architect (Enterprise) · APJ

Role overview This remote position within the APJ region calls for an enterprise-focused Solutions Architect who owns the technical strategy for strategic pursuits. You will design reference architectures for fleet-scale observability, lead deep-dive workshops with NOC and platform teams, navigate security, residency, and procurement requirements, and define pilot criteria that convert into production fleet rollouts.

Responsibilities - Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise and strategic fleet accounts across the region - Produce architecture diagrams, tagging strategies, and rollout plans aligned to platform best practices - Run workshops and deep demos for NOC, SRE, security, and platform stakeholders - Advise on data residency, bandwidth, multi-site tagging, and operational handoff into customer runbooks - Define pilot scope, success metrics, and technical exit criteria alongside enterprise account executives - Feed field requirements from real enterprise pursuits back into product and technical operations

Requirements - Proven experience designing enterprise reference architectures for fleet-scale or distributed environments - Comfort leading deep-dive technical sessions with NOC, SRE, and security stakeholders - Familiarity with data residency, bandwidth, and multi-site tagging considerations - Industry depth in at least one of maritime, aviation, energy, emergency and healthcare, or remote-site operations - Ability to translate complex technical strategy into clear diagrams and rollout plans - Strong partnership track record working with sales counterparts on enterprise pursuits
