Role overview
A remote Enterprise Solutions Architect role owning the technical strategy for strategic pursuits in fleet observability. The position designs reference architectures, leads deep-dive workshops with NOC and platform teams, navigates security and residency requirements, and defines pilot success criteria that convert into production fleet rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise and strategic fleet accounts - Produce architecture diagrams, tagging strategies, and rollout plans aligned to monitoring-platform best practices - Run workshops and deep demonstrations for NOC, SRE, security, and platform stakeholders - Advise on data residency, bandwidth, multi-site tagging, and operational handoff into customer runbooks - Define pilot scope, success metrics, and technical exit criteria in partnership with Enterprise AEs - Feed product and technical operations teams with field requirements from real enterprise pursuits
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Solutions Architect or senior pre-sales engineer on enterprise pursuits - Strong background in observability, monitoring, or fleet-scale infrastructure - Familiarity with reference architectures, agent placement, tagging models, dashboards, and monitors - Comfort navigating security reviews, residency requirements, procurement questionnaires, and architecture review boards - Ability to lead technical workshops with NOC, SRE, security, and platform teams - Industry depth in at least one of maritime, aviation, energy, emergency and healthcare, or remote-site operations
