Implementation Manager

Role overview An Implementation Manager role on a customer onboarding team that serves auto-repair shops adopting a cloud-based shop management platform. The position owns the customer relationship through implementation, coordinating across product, training, and internal teams to deliver a smooth start to a new customer's journey. Candidates in the San Jose area work a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days per week on-site for team collaboration.

Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact throughout each customer's implementation process. - Deliver high-quality customer service and support across all product areas during onboarding. - Train customers on platform usage to set them up for long-term success. - Coordinate deliverables and dependencies with multiple internal departments. - Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward and grow their business. - Build working knowledge of the full product suite and the automotive repair industry.

Requirements - 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to the automotive industry. - Clear, professional, friendly, and informative communication style. - Strong creative problem-solving skills and willingness to take on new challenges. - Proven project management ability with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams. - Self-directed learning style with high motivation to succeed. - Comfort in a dynamic, collaborative startup environment with shifting priorities and some ambiguity. - Familiarity with SaaS business models and tools; bachelor's degree a plus.

Nice to have - A genuine appreciation for cars or familiarity with the automotive industry. - Spanish/English bilingual ability.
