Solutions Architect, ML Infrastructure

Role overview This solutions architect role sits within an ML infrastructure organization that delivers sovereign AI compute to production customers across Europe. The position owns high-impact work across workload design, GPU sizing, and technical customer onboarding, while partnering with engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams. It is remote within the EU and focused on improving reliability, delivery speed, and operational clarity across sites.

Responsibilities - Map customer model training and inference workloads to cluster configurations and operating patterns - Lead workload onboarding for new production customers on AI infrastructure platforms - Size GPU and compute resources for customer use cases and capacity planning - Provide technical customer support during onboarding and ongoing operations - Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and operations to improve reliability and delivery

Requirements - Strong experience in solutions architecture, ML infrastructure, HPC, or an adjacent technical field - Comfort working with infrastructure teams on production-grade environments where reliability matters - Clear written communication for technical documentation and customer-facing materials - Pragmatic judgment when balancing performance, cost, and operational stability - Ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams in a remote setting

Nice to have - Hands-on experience with GPU clusters, Kubernetes, Slurm, or similar orchestration tooling - Familiarity with sovereign or regulated infrastructure, data residency, or European AI policy considerations
