Role overview A senior product leader is needed to own new initiatives on a workforce management platform that operates as the employee system of record for agricultural employers. The HR product streamlines onboarding, payroll, insurance, and recruitment workflows, including automation around seasonal visa programs for farms. The position offers high autonomy and ownership, partnering closely with design, engineering, and revenue stakeholders to ship software that materially improves operations for agribusiness customers and outcomes for agricultural workers.
Responsibilities - Own and deliver against company-level business objectives tied to the HR platform - Partner with design, engineering, and revenue stakeholders to shape a cohesive product strategy and roadmap - Translate ambiguous or complex problems into clear, executable projects - Combine qualitative research with quantitative analysis to surface user needs and inform decisions - Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation through implementation, launch, and iteration - Spend meaningful time engaging directly with customers across the country to elevate their voices
Requirements - 5+ years of experience as a product manager - Structured problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in improving life for agricultural workers and the viability of the agriculture industry - Comfort owning a roadmap autonomously and translating high-level business goals into shipped work - Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build credibility and trust quickly - Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business results - Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
