Staff Solution Designer

Role overview

This is a Staff Solution Designer position, a senior individual contributor role focused on designing end-to-end technical solutions within an Information Technology organization. Responsibilities

- Lead the design of complex solutions that address business and technical requirements across product and finance initiatives - Translate business objectives into scalable, maintainable solution architectures and design artifacts - Collaborate with engineering, product, and finance partners to validate design choices and resolve trade-offs - Document solution designs, decision rationale, and architectural standards for cross-functional audiences - Mentor other designers and engineers on solution design practices, patterns, and review processes

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience operating at a staff or senior individual contributor level in solution design or architecture - Strong background in designing enterprise or platform-level solutions that meet business objectives - Ability to partner effectively with product, engineering, and finance stakeholders across geographies - Comfort working in a flexible or remote arrangement based in or near Santa Clara, California - Eligibility to work in the United States
