Role overview
A Solution Architect role within a Customer Outcomes consulting practice, focused on the Pyramid Analytics business intelligence platform. The position supports client engagements across Germany on a remote basis, helping organizations design, deliver, and adopt analytics solutions that produce measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture across Pyramid Analytics BI engagements, from discovery through delivery and adoption - Translate customer business intelligence and analytics requirements into platform designs and integration approaches - Partner with customer stakeholders, account teams, and engineering resources to align technical delivery with client outcomes - Guide architectural decisions for data modeling, reporting, and analytics workflows on the platform - Support enablement and knowledge transfer to customer teams to drive long-term platform adoption
Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a Solution Architect or senior BI/analytics architect on customer-facing engagements - Working knowledge of the Pyramid Analytics platform and its BI capabilities, or comparable analytics tools - Familiarity with data modeling, reporting, and visualization concepts typical in enterprise BI environments - Ability to communicate technical designs to both technical and business audiences in German and English - Comfort working remotely with customers across Germany within a consulting delivery model
